We strive to make quality horse hay. We harvest 8-25 acres of organic alfalfa, or grass/alfalfa mix hay each year. We produce small square bales exclusively. Bales are typically 35-50 lbs (depending on hay type and packing density). Prices are determined by the quality, size of bale, and market conditions. Price per bale typically has been $3.50 to $5.00/bale over the past few years. Hay availability varies, so please contact us any time to check our inventory. We try to sell directly off the wagons and do not stockpile or store hay for selling during the fall, winter or spring. We cut our first crop anywhere from late May to early July, which is totally dictated by the weather. Limited local delivery available for additional fee.
